God is constantly working in and through us but our decisions can affect how much of that work people can see. Jesus warns us to be careful of what kind of fruit we produce, as well as the fruit of those who surround us. Are you letting God’s work fully shine through, or are you blocking it? Take a look at some easy ways to determine what kind of fruit you’re producing, and to make sure it is good.
Working on a team can be the best or worse thing. Some teams are unified and work like a well-oiled machine. Other teams are just a massive competition and make for a stressful work environment. As leaders we play a vital role in make sure our teams function well and provide a rewarding, unified work experience for the members.
